Restorative Yoga  

A series of therapeutic and well supported yogic postures are held comfortably during an extended period of time by using yoga props as blankets, bolsters, sand bags, straps, and eye pillows. Great importance is given to breathing and meditation techniques to promote relaxation, and renewal.
